Engineer by trade, builder by habit.
I'm a full-stack developer with 9+ years building web applications for government, agency and startup clients. I'm strongest on the front end with React and JavaScript, and on the back end with PHP and Laravel, and I'm comfortable across the whole stack: REST APIs, MySQL and VPS deployment.
Since 2022 I've been a Delivery Consultant at Deloitte, delivering front-end and full-stack work on six U.S. state government projects across Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas.
Outside the day job I build my own products. I founded Nexaces LLC, a New Jersey gov-tech studio, and I build and run Fictbase, a WordPress plugin for serialized fiction, and Doodrio, an AI video generator that turns a script into a stickman YouTube video.

From Figma to the VPS: UI, APIs, database and deploys. Fewer handoffs, fewer surprises.

Years of government work taught me that WCAG and Section 508 aren't extras. They're the baseline.
